Terms

1. Services. Green Dog, LLC ("Green Dog") will provide pet care services (walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays) as requested by the client and confirmed by Green Dog.

2. Veterinary Authorization. In the event of a medical emergency and if the client cannot be reached, Green Dog is authorized to seek veterinary care for the client's pet(s) up to the maximum amount selected below. The client agrees to reimburse all related costs.

3. Key & Access. The client authorizes Green Dog personnel to enter the home for the purpose of providing pet care services. Keys or access codes must be provided prior to the first visit.

4. Liability. Green Dog will exercise reasonable care in providing services. Green Dog is not liable for loss, injury, or illness of pets that result from pre-existing conditions, acts of other animals, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Cancellations. Please notify us as soon as possible for any cancellations. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee at Green Dog's discretion.

6. Photos & Updates. Green Dog may send photos and updates of your pet via the app. Your pet's images may be used for social media unless you opt out — just let us know.

7. Agreement. By signing below, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and authorize Green Dog to provide care for your pet(s) in accordance with this agreement.
